It was listed for sale for GBP 99.98 & sold for GBP 112.00 or U.S. $177.45. Another copy was sold via eBay on or about Nov. 7, 2014 for U.S. $250.00. Yet another copy was sold via e-Bay on Feb. 24, 2015 for the modest price of GBP 62.01 or U.S. $95.81. Alas the U.K. vendor was not prepared to ship the volume to Canada.
