The work that follows is a watercolour, heightened with white, entitled (or maybe described as) 'Fishing Boats at Harbour'. It is signed at bottom left & was, I read, painted in 1924. Of 43 x 55.6 cm in size, or 16 15/16 x 21 7/8 inches if you prefer.

It was for sale by Bonhams at their Knightsbridge, London, auction rooms in a sale of British & Continental Pictures, (Sale 13609) on Sep. 12, 2006. With an estimated sale price of Ł400 - 600. But I gather it did not sell. Check with Bonhams as to the status of the work today.

I have not sought permission to show the work on this site. And accordingly, should Bonhams prefer that it not be on this page I will remove it. In the meantime, visitors interested in the artist's work & maybe interested in acquiring the item can find the Bonhams listing here. You can roam around the image & see sections of it in greater detail.
